Stock:
All products can be supplied from stock. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, you will be informed of this immediately after having placed your order. We will, of course, search for a suitable solution.
Postage costs:
United Kingdom
If your order is over £ 200, - (€ 250,-) we will deliver it for FREE!
For orders under £ 200, - (€ 250,-) the price for delivery is £ 20,- (€ 25,-) excl. VAT
Other Countries in Europe
If your order is over € 450,- we will deliver it for FREE!
For orders under € 450,- the price for delivery is € 45,- excl. VAT
The goods are shipped from the Netherlands, the invoice is excluding VAT!
Online payment:
If a web order is made with online payment, goods ordered before 12.00 hours will be dispatched on the same working day.
On account:
The order has to be accepted by Minigrip Nederland bv. If we do not accept the order on account, you will receive a telephone call within half a working day from the Customer Service team of 123envelop. Unless you hear otherwise, the order will be accepted and delivered.
If a web order is made on account, goods ordered before 12.00 hours will be dispatched on the same working day. You can expect to receive the goods within 3 working days.
Delivery:
The goods will be sent by DHL. Someone has to be available to accept delivery.
Private:
Please pay online. Enter a delivery address where someone is present during office hours to take receipt of the goods, for example, your work address.
Exchange:
After consultation with the Customer Service team, the supplied goods can be returned at your expense. If the goods arrive back at our warehouse in an undamaged condition, 90% of the value of the goods will be credited and refunded.
